As an integral part of regulatory or Standards compliance including AEO, continuous improvement and audit readiness, internal business process reviews or internal audits need to take place regularly.
Internal audit teams are often formed from non-specialist staff within an organisation and this training is ideal for those who have been selected for or who wish to join an internal audit function.
This course will help you to develop the skills to work confidently as part of your organisation’s internal audit team to review internal controls, systems and processes.
On this course participants will learn how to:

- Identify and assess evidence

- Conduct review and audit meetings
- Use different questioning styles
- Recognise and adapt to different types of auditee

As with all of our courses this training focuses on the practical rather than just the theoretical. The tutor has broad and extensive personal experience of effective internal compliance reviews and audits within many different businesses and sectors and has worked both as an audit team member and manager.
The course will be of benefit to anyone who is involved in process improvement, continuous improvement, quality management and compliance to Standards such as AEO, ISO 9000, ISO 27000, ISO 28000, ISO 14000, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), SSAE16, ISAE 3402.
